WHAT IS A SPRINT?

 

Simply put, we are committing to our goals for 90-minutes a day... for 90-days!

What if you could work less, yet produce more? Sounds unrealistic, doesn’t it?

Well, a 2016 study on fitness discovered that sprinting has the same long-term fitness benefits as long-distance running. Where one group ran 50 minutes a day, the other practiced SIT (Sprint Interval Training) for 10 minutes a day.

At the end of the 12-week study, both groups improved and had comparable fitness measures across the board, even though one group had a fifth of the exercise and time commitment.

We believe that the same principle applies to reaching your business and personal goals. With sprint interval training, you can achieve the same results in 90-minutes that most people get out of a traditional 8-hour workday.
