I have been setting goals in one form or another for years. Every now and then, I stumble across an old list of goals. I am always fascinated by how many of the things I write down come to pass. And, I must confess, it often happens despite the fact that I do nothing more than write it down.
Even if you don’t create an action plan for each goal and work your plan, there is tremendous power in simply identifying what you want and focusing some thought on the outcome.
If you have never tried this before, I want to challenge you to give it a shot. In fact, I dare you. Call it “The 90-Day Sprint.” Write your goals down, and make them happen.
90 MINUTES FOR 90 DAYS!
What if you could work less, yet produce more? Sounds unrealistic, doesn’t it?
Well, a 2016 study on fitness discovered that sprinting has the same long-term fitness benefits as long-distance running. Where one group ran 50 minutes a day, the other practiced SIT (Sprint Interval Training) for 10 minutes a day.
At the end of the 12-week study, both groups improved and had comparable fitness measures across the board, even though one group had a fifth of the exercise and time commitment.
We believe that the same principle applies to reaching your business and personal goals. With sprint interval training, you can achieve the same results in 90 minutes that most people get out of a traditional 8-hour workday.
