Are you ready to commit to an abundant 2022?

Many people set a goal to be more successful going into a new year. The problem is they fail to make an effective plan to achieve those goals. Too often they think of the year in a 12-month timeframe and make annual goals. The problem is that life tends to get in the way, throwing up unforeseen barriers and providing us with too many chances to lose momentum, leaving them feeling frustrated and lost.

The biggest problem with one-year goals is the time frame. A lot can happen in twelve months; goals can become irrelevant, or procrastination sets in because there’s always tomorrow.

By planning your goals in 12-week chunks, you create an environment of accountability while still leaving room to adapt to life and change course as needed.

Also, if a goal does not work out, it is easier to go back to the drawing board and realign for the next 90 days, rather than waiting a whole year before hitting the reset button.

There are 52 weeks in a year. When you do a 12-week sprint, your 13th week is a bonus week. This allows you to take vacations, reflect, invest in your people, and re-commit to a new sprint.
