A Cadre is an exclusive group of people that you know, like, and trust. You don’t simply join a Cadre by sending or receiving a referral as you would a network. It’s a series of small kept promises, proactive activity, and intentionality from both sides that begin to form Cadre relationships.

What’s cool about a Cadre is that everyone represented offers a high skill level and provides a unique solution to your client’s pain points. This means that as you build and grow your Cadre, you are expanding the level of service you can extend to your clients.
