Shane McGraw was successful. He was one of the nation’s most successful mortgage lenders and had expanded into other profitable businesses. But he wasn’t authentic. He had money, but he was not fulfilled.

After leading mortgage teams for 10+ years, Shane hired Acaia Mayfield in 2014 to care for his team, business partners, and clients. Recognizing that he had been doing business the wrong way for years, Shane and Acaia learned what true success looked like. It wasn’t about them. It was about the people they had the privilege of helping.

At first, we implemented the framework into Shane’s businesses and teams. Later, we gained the confidence to help others along the same journey. If you are feeling burned out, you are probably doing business the wrong way, with the wrong people, or for the wrong reason. It took a complete shift for us to find true fulfillment.

In 2018 Shane really wrestled with the questions, “what do I want to do with my life?” He had always been a loan officer, but recently he and his wife had purchased a Farmers Insurance business and were also flipping 1-3 houses a month. At the time they were a year into building the framework for our coaching business. The question wasn’t, “how am I going to make money?” It was about purpose.

The Cadre Concept is more about who you work with than what you do. The trick is people equity. We are committed to helping you achieve your goals by finding a community of people that you like - and you believe in.

We believe that success shouldn’t come at too high of a cost and that you deserve work that is fulfilling and allows you to also live with Christ in your life. We help you be a better leader, build a better community all while being the person who is content with what they have.
